POL Certification
In the bid to bring the Good Life! closer to the people, AFFORD, through its partner Communication for Development Foundation Uganda (CDFU), trained and certified 103 Popular Opinion Leaders (POLs) in the districts of Mayuge and Kasese during April and May. The POLs, now members of the Good Life! Team, are identified through a network of Community Based Organizations (CBOs), trained to become change agents and operate as an avenue for delivering messages about AFFORD’s health areas in formal and informal settings.
